Refund and Exchange Policy




Dear Customer,

refunds or exchanges are allowed within seven (7) days from invoice date

Conditions for Refund or exchange:

  • Original invoice
  • Items to be unused, in their original packaging and with product tags attached
  • For health and safety, swimwear and underwear cannot be Refunded nor Exchanged

For fitness equipment only:

  • Fitness equipment cannot be refunded after delivery/installation
  • In case of a production defect, U-Mark Sport will exchange the item(s) free of charge (if the period is within three (3) days from delivery date)
  • After Three (3) days of delivery, the product will be under warranty
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable after completion of delivery

Apparel, Footwear, and Accessories:

  • Return is within Three (3) days and Exchange is within Seven (7) days from date of delivery.
  • During Sale and Promotions, the return is within One (1) day and exchange within Three (3) days from date of delivery.

Process of Return:

  • 1. Call the toll free or email us to initiate the return process
  • 2. We will issue you an RMA code which approves the return
  • 3. The Return form needs to be filled and sent back to us (we will send the courier to the delivery location)
  • 4. On return, the product will be reviewed at our warehouse for verifying the condition
  • 5. If in original condition the Money will be sent back to you via Net Banking
